These Terms and Services ("Terms") govern your use of the BeaconTV subscription-based video streaming service ("Service").

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

1. Subscription and Billing

1.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans. Specific details regarding your subscription can be found on your account page.

1.2 Billing: By starting your BeaconTV subscription and providing or designating a payment method, you authorize us to charge you a subscription fee at the then-current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service to your payment method.

1.3 Billing Cycle: The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each renewal thereafter until you cancel your subscription. We automatically bill your payment method each billing period on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your subscription.

1.4 Payment Methods: You may edit your payment method information by visiting your account page. If payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, your account will be deactivated.

1.5 Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period. To cancel, visit your account page.

• 2. Access and Use of Service
  2.1 BeaconTV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the service.

  2.2 Content: All content provided through service, is owned or licensed to BeaconTV. The content is protect by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• 3. Account and Security
  3.1 Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  3.2 Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. 
  

4. Change to Service and Pricing

4.1 Modifications: We may, from time to time, make changes to the service, including the availability of content, subscription plans, and pricing. We will notify you of any material changes to the service or these terms. All prices are standard USD pricing. Currency amount will be auto-converted to fit your territory's currency during purchase.

4.2 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any pricing changes will take effect following notice to you.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Warranties: The service and content is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent of the law, in no event shall BeaconTV,  or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your inability to use service, and any unauthorized access to the use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States/Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
